I have lived many places in my lifetime and been to several DMV locations in NY, Chicago and Vegas. This was by far the esiest, cleanest, friendliest, and most professional. đź’ť 5 stars for it all.
I was able to get my questions answered, guided to where i needed to be or what i needed to do. There were pleasant conversations, smiles and even laughter! They were grateful for the sincere compliments and i would recommend this place to anyone. I was able to be in and out and had no issues with my service animal. Simply a wonderful experience.
I walked in I needed to get my car re-registered I was in at 5 minutes and out in 5 more minutes they were polite I'm very helpful
"Efficient" and "helpful" are not words one normally associates with the DMV, but I've never had a bad experience in Riverhead and I always get seen quickly. On my last visit I had to register a homemade trailer that I purchased with very little paperwork, but Anna D. helped me through the complicated process and I had my registration and plates within a half hour of my arrival. Thanks Anna!
Had an appt on Wed. All was well until CSR told me I needed another Insurance Proof. I called my insurance co twice to have them fax over the copy and twice they let me down and it never arrived. So I had to go home print the copy myself and went back the next day. We arrived very early and the woman who helped me was professional and quick and my business was concluded without any hassles. The people are very nice including the workers in the front who sign you in. If you have to go to the DMV, this was a very good experience. Thank you Riverhead DMV. 5 stars.
They remodeled inside. Was nice and clean. I made the appt online and was in and out in 15 mins.
Waa told by a friend Riverhead DMV is Fast even without an appt. I Was in and out in 40min and it was packed. All the clerks were helpful and friendly definitely worth the drive from Ronkonkoma.
Very fast, in and out in less than a half hour. Clean and orderly. Staff is very kind, was helped by Desiree and she was professional, quick and polite. Best DMV experience Ive ever had.
Everyone there was super nice. I thought I set up an appointment over the phone but I guess I didn’t but they still let me through. It was very fast! I had to take my permit test and test was hard but I passed it! First time I went there and it’s was a great experience. I walked out happy mainly because I pass the test haha as alot of of people who was in the test room with me left the room unhappy. I have 0 complaints with this place! All the workers there were sweet and helpful. One even told me to take my time on the test. Security guy was nice as well…He was encouraging all the people who didn’t pass to go back and take it again.
